These summarise the terms of sale for prints and artwork sold by Ian Bracey Photography
- Ordering and payment constitutes acceptance of these terms
- In this agreement “Ian Bracey Photography”, “Ian Bracey”, “the photographer”, shall mean Ian Bracey trading as Ian Bracey Photography. The term “you” shall mean the buyer/reciever of any print or artwork from Ian Bracey Photography.
- Copyright is retained by Ian Bracey for all photographs and artwork, worldwide at all times. No copyright for any image or work shall pass to you.
- Ian Bracey asserts his moral right to be identified as the author of his work.
- No rights of reproduction or image use are assigned to you
- Ian Bracey Photography retains the right to further use of the image or artwork.
- Orders will not be processed until reciept of payment, this includes a clearing period for cheques.
- Orders will be processed within five (5) working days of payment reciept, you will be informed by email when it has been dispatched. Goods will be sent by post requiring a signature.
- Your right to return goods within seven (7) days under the Distance Selling Regulations is brought to your attention. Further, you are granted the right to return any print or artwork within thirty (30) days, provided they are in saleable condition, you are responsible for the cost of returning them and taking reasonable steps to ensure they reach Ian Bracey Photography (ie use of registered post and suitable insurance or acceptance of the risk of not using them).
- Ian Bracey Photography must be informed of any damage on reciept within seven (7) days and replacement or refund will be arranged. We will cover your return postage on damaged items. If damage is obvious on delivery we would prefer you did not accept so the carrier will return it to us.
